Facility

This section explains how to add and manage facilities within your organization using the ESG Facility doctype.

ESG Facility Structure​

When creating a new facility, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Facility Name: The official name of the facility (required)
  • Facility Code: A unique code for the facility (required)
  • Organization: The organization this facility belongs to (required)
  • Parent Facility: (Optional) Link to a parent facility for hierarchical structures
  • Facility Type: Select from Factory, Office, Warehouse, Data Center, or Other (required)
  • Location: Link to a registered location (address, coordinates)
  • Area Size (m²): The total area of the facility (required)
  • Energy Capacity (kWh): The energy capacity of the facility (optional)
  • Operation Status: Active, Inactive, or Under Construction (required)
  • Effective From / To: Dates for when the facility is operational

Steps to Add a New Facility​

  1. Go to ESG Facility
  2. Click "Add New Facility"
  3. Fill in the required fields as described above
  4. Save the facility
